She is a yoga teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, and a Certified Yoga Therapist. Ann has been leading yoga retreats for 15 years.

She weaves somatics, yoga, breath science, energy work, Ayurveda, and yoga philosophy through her classes, private sessions, and retreats to support people with their health and wellbeing. Students learn practices for finding balance across all areas of life and for integrating them into their lives.

Daniel Blackburn

He is an Author, Executive Coach, and Certified Yoga Therapist. Dan designs every yoga class and experience with each participant in mind.

 The daily yoga classes include SomaYoga Therapy, a powerful mind-body practice blending Somatics, therapeutics, breath practices, classic asana/postures, meditation, and other Ayurveda self-care practices. This approach results in increased freedom, strength, and overall vitality, peace, and well-being. Dan has been leading retreats since 2014 and is grateful for the opportunity.
